Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Session Recordings

All learning sessions are recorded for educational purposes. The session recording kept for your review is stored for 7 days and is then automatically and permanently deleted. By using the service, you consent to the recording of your audio during sessions, and to the use of your voice recordings to develop and train AI technologies and their sharing with research partners to develop charitable (waqf) and commercial applications, kept within an educational context.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
